Amandeep was a co-op student from humber college when I met her. I was her co-op teacher and marked her activities and mid-term/final evaluation. As she grew throughout her placement she began to always take initiative and create innovative activities related to the current theme of the school age program. In contrast, she interacted with the children very well and always came to daycare prepared to learn and grow as an ECE. I would recommend Amandeep not only for her creative skill but also for the fun and warmth she added to the classroom.

Amandeep Josan is an hard working dedicated individual who always puts childrens needs in front of her own. She is able to recognize different behaviours and deal with them on an age appropriate level. Through out her experience, she has been able to determine needs within the child care setting and develop activities that were suitable for their growth and development. She facilitated different types of learning which catered to all children within a group. Amandeep works well with team members and has excellent organization and communication skills. She is able to problem solve on her own and requires minimum supervision when around children. She is reliable, respectful and full of energy. Amandeep's skills is definitely something any agency should consider and I truly believe her skills will be an asset in children's future.
