As a ECA, Gayathri gained a vast experience working with up to 84 children in different classrooms with different age groups (Infants to Age 5). And responsible to ensure the right food is served to children with allergies, working in a multicultural environment. Gayathri is also responsible for: - Supervising and interacting with children positively - Building a good relationship with parents while communicating positively - Well versed in providing affection and safety to children - Able to prepare hygienic meals - Providing proper directions to children in eating, resting and personal cleanliness - Handling private issues confidentially - Demonstrating ability to provide proper direction of children in their daily routine - Substantial knowledge of giving out medicine to children - Knowledge of setting proper limits and boundaries with families - Working with special needs children - Planning activities for children depending on their ability, age and interest - Making appropriate decisions on emergency situations
