Early Childhood Educator in Surrey, British Columbia

About Me: My name is Megan, and I grew up in Maple Ridge B.C., and Revelstoke B.C., and then moved to Surrey b.C. to be with my boyfriend. I started to care for my sister when I was 7.5 years old, and from there, my love of being with children grew. By age 11, I was babysitting for a few families in Maple Ridge, and high school, a few more families. After I graduated, I was a nanny for three separate families at three separate times. The youngest child was 4 months, the oldest was 14 years old. Since then, I finally went to school at Stenberg College, and got my Post Basic Early Childhood Educator Certificate. What I Am Looking For: I am looking for a temporary job until my 5-year license comes, which could be months. I am willing to take care of animals if needed as well. I am also willing to work with a child with disabilities. I have experience with muscular disorders, right to autism, or defiance disorders. Useful Information: This is only a temporary position that I am looking for. I do not drive, and will not be willing to obtain a license. I have a recent Childcare First Aid, Food Safe, and WHMIS.
