Teachers have their own highs and lows in their teaching career. Personally, I experienced many great moments while teaching. These were days when I ended so happy and enthusiastic that I knew I had selected the right profession.I am very much happy that children could read words and write alphabet and number. Sometimes sad because there were children who are slow learners, but constant practice makes perfect. It is a challenging task for me because as a teacher, it requires utmost patience with compassion and love. All children need love, encouragement, and support, and for kids with learning disabilities, such positive reinforcement can help ensure that they emerge with a strong sense of self-worth, confidence, and the determination to keep going even when things are tough..... job as a teacher is not to cure their learning disability,but to give them the social and emotional tools he or she needs to work through challenges. After all, facing and overcoming a challenge such as a learning disability can make them grow stronger and more resilient. And I am very much happy with the results because of the big changes in the lives of children with special needs.
