I have been working in the childcare setting for Fifteen years. I am an experienced in with infants to Kindergarten children. I have a very caring and nurturing attitude towards children. Create a developmentally age appropriate program for children. I encourage children to participate with daily activities, indoor and outdoor play, free play, lunch time, bathroom routines, rest time, transitions and etc. I am able work very well with all age children, special need children, families, and staff. Also, create activities according to the children's interest and capability. Maintain an organized room in order to provide a safe environment for children. I have the knowledge and experience of using ELECT, HDLH, AQI, and DNA. Always ensure the children's safety during the program. Overall, I strongly believe, every child grows at their own developmental level and each child comes from different families that have their own values and beliefs. As a teacher, my role is to support the children so that they feel a sense of belonging, mastery, generosity, and independence.
