I been working in the Early Childhood Education Field for more than 6 years. I became a RECE in 2017. Through my career experiences I have worked with all age groups. My passion and dedication took me to better opportunities, and in the last 3 years I started working as an Early Years Supervisor. I have a clear understanding of the Early Childhood Education System. • I currently hold a RECE license in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators. • I have a minimum of 3 years Supervisor experience in childcare settings. • I have working knowledge of the Childcare Licensing System, The Early Years Portal, The Assessment for Quality Improvement (AQI), The Child Care Early Years Act (CCEYA), Public Health Regulations regarding Childcare Centres. A very strong understanding of curriculum program plans, The Elect and How Does Learning Happens, Program Calendars in togetherness with the service we are providing for children’s learning each month, The HiMama App and the excellent use of outlook emails. • I love working as an example for others and I have a strong understanding of working both independently and within a team context.
