A devoted and ambi갇ous therapist in the field of early childhood with an extensive experience in working with children with developmental disabili갇es. I Started my professional path as a Speech Language Pathologist, and sought far‐reaching and in depth knowledge and prac갇ce in child development, especially behavioral, emo갇onal and social development. With the child in the center of my a姫�en갇on and dedicated work, I pursued higher educa갇on in supervision and counseling for parents and staff in early childhood services. From the personal belief that improving the quality of interac갇ons of the child with his surroundings will contribute to his development. As a supervisor, my aim is to mo갇vate colleagues and provide them with the opportunity for professional growth through individualized guidance and mentoring. Furthermore, being an efficient part of a successful team is crucial for me, thus I always seek to collaborate with other team members and parents as partners to improve the children’s well‐being and development.
