I have a great handle on working with children and parents to help with the development of children. I have the ability to create inclusive lesson plans and implement them in a classroom setting, knowing that every child learns differently.

I make sure that children feel welcoming and loved when they come to my day-care. I give them freedom but also have rules to make sure that they are safe. I also follow Canada food guide and provide nutritious meals to all children in my day care
