For over 20 years in the Early Childhood Education field, I have been given opportunities to increase my skill sets and understanding. My experience and natural skills of leadership, combined with my bubbly character, my organized personality and strength in communication, could be a strong asset to your team. I am a natural organizer and accomplisher. When a task is assigned to me, it is completed accurately and timely. In addition, my personality naturally gravitates to people and recognizes them as the key to success. I am known to provide strong leadership and believe in having the best front face possible. Communication is a key to my success and I value it in all modes and with whom I come in contact with. Some of my most enjoyable and fulfilling experiences include the interactions with families (both parents and children) while creating and teaching creative classes! With my Early Childhood education as well as my Kindermusik and Music Together certifications, I have created and implemented classes throughout many provinces in Canada. I have a passion for children and their families, and enjoy being a part of watching children gain confidence and joy through heart impact and experiences. I have been in leadership positions that have given me the opportunities to lead, grow and make a difference in the lives of both children and adults. I am consistently aware of my surroundings; observing and evaluating each situation while maintaining quality and respectful relationships with both clients and staff. I have a focus and passion for the delivery of quality service and love the public relations aspect of my various roles.
