During my previous experience as Elementary School Teacher and the six years as an Early Childhood Educator; I've develop the necessary skills that will be an asset to your school. Being able to work not only in the classroom, but also as an online teacher, administrator and assistant supervisor in a Montessori school; has given me the opportunity to know and understand the different areas of the school as a business, but also as an environment to foster children’s learning and independence. Having in mind the safety and happiness of children as a primary goal, you can create a safe place for children to grow and for teachers to enjoy their job everyday! I consider myself a compassionate and dedicated individual who has the relevant experience that is needed to develop and implement curriculum for children at the early years and manage staff and keep good relationships with families. Having had the prudent team building skills, I find myself able to collaborate and guide children’s learning according to their individual needs by providing positive guidance.
