Early Childhood Educator in Ajax, Ontario

I have 3.5 years of full time paid ECE teacher experience (2 years of YMCA full-time experience and 1.5 years of private daycare experience) years of with a range of different aged children(preschool and toddlers) and 2 years of student teacher experience during the high school. it was really nice experience. during the placement I could learn how I can interact with children and ECE team. also I could learn how can be reach the learning goal based on activity. every placement I could meet special need children. from placement I could learn how and why I need to interact differently to special need children. at first It was hard time. but with host teacher, I could realize and learn how I can reach and interact with them. children who need the special need is same as other children. they can learn, interact and feeling same as us only just different way. after placement, the most good learning points was I could learn how respect and help them with proper way
