Hello :) My name is Mandeep, I have many experiences working with all age groups. I have experience in creating lesson plans that fit children age and development following the curriculum and elect documents. I have created a fun and safe space for children and parents by engaging with them and letting parents know what they did that day and what there future plans will are. be it lessons or educational trips such as to the farm. over all I read all the safety regulations that I as a RECE must follow using the Days nursery act (DNA) Over all I believe I am reliable, trustworthy and a team worker that can be apart of your learning centre. Over all I have many experiences working with children with special needs. in my toddler room class we had two children with special needs with the help of parents and the resource teacher we were able create the same lesson that the children were doing but modified them for them. such as for counting the children were given blocks with numbers that they were capable of doing.
