I'm an
Individual
I am a very highly qualified childcare provider with 27 years experience in all primary aged children and special educational needs children. I am trying to relocate to manitoba or surrounding area from the UK, to be with my Fiancé. I need a full time permanent job to fullfill my visa requirements so there would be a short delay in my starting any position. I am highly qualified and now a qualified childcare assessor to add to my resume. I would be a great assest to any organisation. I love children, I am a team player and can work independently. Please see my resume and my recommendations for more information on me. I look forward to hearing from anyone who is interested in me and who is willing to give me a chance of a new life in Canada. Thank you Emma

I have known Emma Neyland for 21 years in the capacity of being Headteacher at the school where she worked as a Teaching Assistant with N.N.E.B qualification (a top quality training course for staff working alongside teachers in schools and in Nursery settings) She maintained a dedication to her role throughout the time demonstrating a particular talent for working with pupils who had a wide range of additional needs, hearing impairment (experienced daily user of British Sign Language and Sign Supported English) and behavioural difficulties (attended regular courses to enable her to remain updated in this important area). She was reliable, honest, hardworking, punctual, creative and caring toward the pupils. She was able to work as part of a team and independently maximising her potential to be a 'senior member of the support staff' helping to train new, younger and less experienced staff in areas such as first aid and pupil behaviour management strategies. Her I.C.T. skills were well developed and used to enable her to produce creative and interesting displays and resources for the pupils she worked with and for wider use within the school. Emma used her organisational skills to create a number of whole school events which were enjoyed by pupils, parents and staff. She became a member of the school Governing Body and made a valued contribution to the school's 'out of hours provision' running a very well attended and successful 'Gymnastics Club' for some 13 years demonstrating her ability to sustain commitment and work directly with pupils and parents outside the school work environment. The club was successful in achieving National competition winning status over an extended period. She extended her range of experience to working outside school in the 'catering industry' where she was able to enjoy a completely different world of work in addition to her main field in school. I am unable to comment on her recent career development as I retired three years ago but wish her well in achieving her ambition to work in a wider range of settings.

I have no hesitation in recommending Emma. I have known Emma for the past four years as her employer - Emma has shown significant flexibility and undertaken a number of positions during this time from Café Assistant to receptionist and children's party coordinator. Emma puts her heart and soul into everything she does. Emma undertakes all tasks to the best of her ability and shows a great deal of initiative to get things done. Emma works tirelessly both as part of a team or can equally work independently without any supervision. With Emma you know the job will be done. Emma is extremely hard working and trustworthy employee and would be an asset to any organisation she represents.

I am delighted to be writing this recommendation for Emma as I had the pleasure of working with her for over 10 years. For much of that time she worked alongside me, as a Nursery Nurse, in my classroom where she was a great support to me as a Teacher of the Deaf. Emma has worked with children who had many and varied disabilities in addition to their deafness. She has confidently met each challenge with dedication and positivity. She has faithfully and competently followed physiotherapy, occupational and speech therapy programmes. At times she was required to teach small groups of children and has carried out both the planning and teaching of these groups conscientiously and to a high standard. She had a good rapport with children of all ages and she exhibited a kind and caring approach, being very aware of the importance of pastoral care. She provided many hours of fun and enjoyment for the children of the school during playtimes. She organised games, ordered equipment and dealt sensitively with issues which typically upset the children at playtimes. I found her dedication and reliability to be invaluable and can recommend Emma as a very capable and hard working individual. She was always willing to help in any way she could and displayed excellent skills in the many and varied activities she was asked to fulfill.

I worked with Emma for over fifteen years in a Primary school where she worked as a Teaching Assistant supporting children with Special Needs. Emma is able to use British Sign Language which she used to communicate with pupils with hearing difficulties. She has an intuitive way of working with pupils with behavioural difficulties. She frequently assisted teaching staff when pupils were displaying negative behaviour and was able to listen patiently to pupils and discuss alternative ways of behaving. Her ability to relate to pupils was invaluable. Emma was a T.A representative on the school governors committee for twelve years. She worked extremely hard to set up and run a very successful Gym Club with a number of her pupils gaining Welsh representative status. Emma also took responsibility for running the After School Club for a year, organising cooking, outdoor activities and a range of art activities for pupils from 5 years to 11 years. I have found Emma to be extremely hard working, kind and patient with a special empathy for pupils with Additional Needs. She would be an asset in any environment that requires a kind, caring, hard working adult to support and work with young children.

I have worked with Emma for 10 years. I am her supervisor in Customer Services. She is hardworking, honest and flexible. Emma has endless patience and energy. Highly organized and quick to volunteer for extra duties and will work any hours needed to suit the needs of the company. If a job needs doing thoroughly, you can entrust it to Emma, it will be completed on time and accurately. Emma has a fabulous way with our members and children using our facilities. I can't speak highly enough of Emma and will miss her sunny disposition. Emma is a pleasure to know both personally and professionally.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with Emma and came to know her as a truly valuable asset to absolutely any team. She is honest, dependable and incredibly hard-working. Her signing skills and expertise in working with all children was a huge advantage. Emma is a true team player, and always manages to foster positive discussions and bring the best out of other employees. Without a doubt, I confidently recommend Emma to join your team.
