Early Childhood Educator in Scarborough, Ontario

I have successfully finished my first year of my degree in Education. I have extensive experience in working with children in both an academic and recreational environment. I would be eager to contribute my skills to CCA. Presently, I am doing my teaching placement at Tredway Woodsworth Public School. I am responsible for planning, organizing and executing Math, English and Visual Arts lessons to Grade One students. My past volunteer experience at summer camp programs have required me to plan, coordinate, and lead different recreational activities. I was tasked with supervising children ages five to twelve in day camp settings and on field trips. My involvement with the Catholic Cross Cultural Services has allowed me to gain excellent insights in working with children of all diverse backgrounds. I find working with children an enriching experience and I would like to continue this type of work at the CCA.
