Early childhood educator in AB Beach, Alberta

I am an experienced childcare cook for three years and sometimes I also take part in child caring as a reliever. As a cook, I prepare morning tea, lunch, desert and afternoon tea for forty children; taking care of the children with allergies and those with food particulars such as Islam. I prepare cycle menu for one month, observing the highest nutrition value of each recipe but still within the center budget. I manage my cooking time wisely, by being systematic.I do different strategies in cooking such as saute, pan fry, grill and mostly baking and pastry making. I maintain the safety of the kitchen all the time by placing pointed objects inside the cabinet and beyond reach of the children. By closing the kitchen door always. I maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen all the time. I also have a FOOD SAFETY HANDLING certificate obtained in Australia.
I am a licensed teacher. At present I am teaching Character Education, Technology Home Education and English subjects I am applying this job because I believe that I am qualified for it knowing that I can contribute a lot in achieving the daily goal of the center.
