Early Childhood Educator in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania

To whom it may concern, my name is Victoria Sansone and I am currently seeking a part-time position meaning 30 hours or less for the upcoming school year. I am a graduate of the teaching preparation program from Rutgers University and possess my general education certificate from K through 12. I have also been the director of several daycare and preschools, and at one point was in charge of 2 daycare and preschools and buy a franchise. I have over a decade of management experience that is specific to early childhood education. I relocated from Cherry Hill New Jersey a little over a year ago and have been taking long-term substitute teaching positions through various teaching recruitment services such a source for teachers and delta-t. I recently enrolled at wanted Mercy universities online post-graduate degree program in the signs of Public School counseling with an expected graduation date of December 2019. I am currently seeking employment with a well-run and organized establishment where I can give 110% during the day, while allowing me the time two study, complete assignments and stay current with all of the required reading. Aside from my daycare and preschool experience as a director, I have also worked at Huntington Learning Center first as the Director of Education followed by managing director where I took charge of scheduling, payments, meeting with parents to discuss the progress their child was making in addition to performing School visits upon parental request. I also received a great deal of formal training during a two-week seminar that focused solely on marketing and education during my time at Huntington Learning Center. I am not certain if a 2230 Hour Work Week in a management or assistant management position would be feasible, however I am willing to float between Centers, and have always been a very strong and resourceful link between staff, parents, and my superiors. As a former director of your specific Scholastic setting, I am proud to share that I have a great deal of knowledge, confidence, and experience with all age groups starting from the infant room where a nervous mom or dad would call anxiously awaiting updates about their infant's first day, all the way to the other end of the spectrum where the parents of the preschool level children are truly working on fostering the independence and maturity of their child so they can be ready for the following Academic Year. I enjoy providing tours of the facility and I'm quite apt when it comes to assisting other teachers prepare lesson plans and ensure that they do not fall behind with simple but meaningful tasks such as changing their bulletin boards, or even thinking of a fun but educational activity the is slightly out of the box. As a former director I was no stranger to opening or closing sometimes both as well as leaving the center cleaned properly and set up for the openers for the next morning. I am truly looking for employment that I have the ability to maintain during the time that I am enrolled in my post graduate program, hence my reason for wanting to pursue a work week of 20-30 hours. I do not have children of my own but I'm also a certified equine therapist where I work with children who suffer with a myriad of social, emotional and behavioural difficulties. I have also dedicated the past 12 years two children in the field of education and the best way that I can set a positive example and influence other Educators to be the best they can be for the students
