TMS Lower School (Bayview Campus) is inviting applications from motivated, inspiring individuals for a full-time CCEYA Officer (Children’s House and Toddler) This position will provide administrative support for the day to day operations of the departments while ensuring adherence to the regulations of the Child Care and Early Years Act (CCEYA) as well as providing periodic classroom support as a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE). The incumbent will work from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday 12 months a year. Qualifications experience and attributes: • A RECE member in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators • Degree or Diploma in related field • Previous experience in a similar environment • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs • Excellent communication skills • Proven ability to handle multiple demands under a heavy workload • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Friendly, nurturing, yet professional demeanor • Commitment to strong student/educator relationships • Current Standard First Aid, CPR and AED • Current medical (record of necessary immunizations) • A current Vulnerable Sector Police Record Check The successful candidate must be an energetic team player excited by the opportunity to contribute to an exceptional school.
