Early childhood educator Job in Etobicoke, Ontario

RECE Position Summary

Caterpillar & Co brings a refreshing approach to childcare in Toronto's West End. Our goal is simple,to create the most enriching environment possible through informed choices and thoughtful design. We are currently searching for mature, nurturing, dedicated RECE'S to join our dynamic Preschool and Toddler teams.

Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain a developmentally appropriate,healthy, physical,emotional and social learning environment
Communicate effectively with parents, families, community members and team teachers.
Plan and facilitate a curriculum that engages,stimulates and helps children to grow. in a play based, learning through play environment .
Complete all required classroom documentation and individual child development documentation as needed.
Other duties s assigned/required.
Must be able to fulfill all physical duties
Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education,
Must be a member in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators
Valid Infant/child First Aid and CPR
Clear Vulnerable Sector Police Reference Check
Up to Date immunization Record
Experience working in a team environment
