I am an ECE lll with many years of experience. Some of my experience includes planning and implementing age appropriate activities based on the developmental needs of all children I provide care for. I have provided inclusion support for children with special needs including, developmental delays, autism, downs, sydrome, ADHD, and FAS. For the last five years I was an assistant director of two daycare facilities. The first site I managed was occupied by 64 families and 19 staff. We were licences for children ages 0-12 years of age. The second site was an infant site with 12 families and 4 staff. Children ages 0-2. To successfully fulfill the necessary requirements of this position I was responsible for understanding and following all regulations and licencing requirements, hiring, training a nd supervising all staff, maintaining a safe, healthy, learning environment for all families, as well as office duties which included billing, filing, payroll, bank deposits, arranging and attending meeting with outside agencies, foster agencies, physio therapists, speach and language pathologists, school IEP meetings etc) Oragnazation, multi tasking, and excellent verbal and written communication was essential.
