Early Childhood Educator in Oshawa, Ontario

Dear Sir or Madam, I have enclosed my curriculum vitae for your review and consideration. I have a Bachelor of Education from the University of Windsor, an Honours Bachelor of Humanities from York University and an Early Childhood Education Diploma from Sheridan College. I am eager to implement all that I have learned from my education and experience. My qualifications are in Primary, Junior, and my 14years of experience as an early childhood educator makes me a strong candidate for an Early Childhood Educator position. As you will notice from my resume I have also earned a diploma in Early Childhood Education from Sheridan College. This ultimately led to my pursuing a career in teaching. I currently work for the Toronto District School Board as both an occasional teacher and supply ECE. As a teacher I believe I will be a positive role model. I enjoy encouraging children to be their best-to experience meaningful, interesting learning that can be employed through their lives. I believe this can be accomplished through the use of hands-on/minds-on activities, cooperative learning, an integrated curriculum, and, when possible, technology and the internet. I believe in a Balanced Literacy approach to support reading and writing as well as differentiated instruction approach to math. Thank you for considering my resume.
