I am passionate about helping children reach their full potential through the Montessori philosophy. I have worked as a grade teacher in a montessori school and also received montessori training for 3 months. My passion is to create an environment where children are respected, nurtured, and feel a sense of belonging. I strive to provide a safe and stimulating environment through exploration, creativity and play. I am well organized, patient, and have excellent communication skills. I am also an excellent team player and I am dedicated to helping children reach their full potential. I am able to collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure that children's needs are met and that learning outcomes are achieved. I am eager to contribute my skills, experience and enthusiasm to a new employer. I am available for immediate hire and my rate is $20.00/HOURLY.
