I have been involved with children of all ages even before obtaining my ECE Diploma. I worked as a supply teacher over the years for Sentient HR services during the years in college to obtain my diploma, i also was senior KG teacher at Lori Gardens CFEL after i had graduated, and work as a spply staff for Sentient (whiles in university) during the summer months. I had the opportunity to work with special needs at a grade 3 class during my final semester in college. I worked with students with ADD, assisting them with their classroom assignments as well as breaking down their home work for them to be able to well cope in completing it. encouraged and used aged appropriate techniques to help the students focus on finishing assigned school work.
