Rachel was my co-worker at Chapter1 daycare. I would highly recommend her because of how reliable and passionate she is about her Job. She was been trained to be the assistant Manager because of how dedicated she was to her job. She works well with her co-workers, and follows the policies and work ethics of the daycare. She's a keeper. She's also really good at planning age-appropriate activities for the kids and was the oldest staff in the daycare while I worked there.
