As an advocate in promoting the well-being for all individuals, my priority is to strive for practices that encourage the greatest positive learning for every member in the community. Throughout my professional experience, I provided effective classroom management, creative lesson plans, and received great feedback on my instructional delivery. These appropriate age-level curriculum not only help structure the child’s overall development but also integrate values of diversity, equity and inclusion. I continually strive to find learning opportunities where I can effectively utilize and maximize my growth in expertise and life- knowledge. Being humble, modest and hard working, I consistently sets firm goals for myself and define those benchmarks. Once identified I take the necessary steps to achieve those milestones.
