Early Childhood Educator in Brampton, Ontario

I deem myself a compassionate and understanding individual who has the relevant experience that is needed to develop and implement focused development programs for little children. Having had the prudent team building skills, I find it easy to manage and educate children according to their individual needs based on physical and mental strength by providing positive guidance. Through my early childhood education courses I have had the opportunity to work in a private day care facility, Sheridan Childcare Center, and Public Schools. At all locations, my responsibilities included leading small and large group activities, helping with lunches and snacks, and implementing appropriate activities. These valuable experiences have afforded me the opportunity to: Develop lesson plans on a wide range of topics and varying levels of academic ability, work with emotionally and physically challenged students in a total inclusion program and to observe and participate in effective classroom management approaches I understand that every child is special and I make it a point to monitor their progress in order to figure out how to proceed with their individual programs.I would appreciate if you could conduct an interview wherein we can discuss on this more
