I love what I do. It has been amazing experience of working with kids. I love to do different things with them, providing them knowledge and knowing their interest. I have learned so many new things about children's behavior.I have studied and practiced as an RECE in Kindergarten as well as Day care settings. I am passionate in my commitment to quality care and high standards of practice. My background in Nursing (in India) has helped prepare me for my role as a supporter of colleagues, families and the children in my care. I am a hard worker who believes in team work. As an individual I possess a calm, quiet nature and I am a positive and cheerful person who can handle herself well in a crisis..... own background makes me sensitive to multi language learners and children new to the learning environment. As an adult I have faced some of the same challenges that these children face. I speak three languages fluently. I have gained valuable experience working with Special needs including (but not limited to) Autism, ADHD, Diabetic care, Anaphylaxis, DD and English as a second language learners.
