Early Childhood Educator in Mississauga, Ontario

I have a great passion to educate young minds and help them blossom into well rounded, responsible and successful individuals. I am flexible, enthusiastic and try out a variety of approaches to meet students success. During the course my career, I have had the opportunity to teach diverse groups of children, as a result I have become proficient at designing creative and stimulating lesson plans, which accommodate multiple intelligences, bring a hands- on approach to learning and keep students interested and focused. I have worked with children with behavioural issues, developmental issues and learning issues. I always provided plans to meet the needs of children under my care. Inclusive learning is my principles of teaching. My focus has always been on having each child progress at their own level to meet success. Specialized strategies and patience have worked wonders and in most cases success.
