I grew particularly interested in the assessment of young people and completed a foundation course in ‘Play, Filial and Sand Tray Therapy’ with clinical social worker Dr Reyhana Seedat (Education Unlimited).I was introduced to group work and the application of psycho-educational groups. Under supervision, I co-facilitated a weekly group for caregivers of children with problematic behaviours.
