I have over seventeen years of experience working with children from ages 3-5. I continued my education in 2009 and received my Early Childhood Diploma (level 3). I enjoy working in more of a preschool environment and would like to apply for the position of Junior Kindergarten Teacher. My duties included overseeing the daily route of a pre-kindergarten class, including planning and preparing lesson plans and guiding an assistant in our plans for the day as well as for the week. In addition to working with several different programs and their teachers who came into my class to assist children with special needs. Observing and mentoring practicum students I am more than willing to travel inside the Calgary district.
