I was a teacher in India and I have 4 years of teaching experience. Working with kids is my passion. So, after moving to Canada I decided to work with children. From my previous experience as a teacher, I can say that my biggest strength is that the kids connect with me very easily and enjoy my company. This helps to build relationships with children and their parents. I am very energetic, disciplined, and passionate which makes me a perfect fit to work with children. By starting a career in your daycare, I will be able to help children in their learning process by adapting their teaching styles and techniques so that I can understand the needs of the children. In a job, I will look for a place where everybody will be treated equally and everyone work as a team for the growth of the company.
