April 12, 2022 To Whom It May Concern: I have had the honor of teaching Ashley Frederick for two years in the Early Childhood Education program at Tri-County Technical Center. Ashley is a young lady with great character that will take her far in life to help find success in the challenges life throws her way. Our program is aligned to careers that involve working with others, both our youngest population, peers and work-colleagues, and requires you to have numerous qualities. These traits include the ability to be a kind and nurturing being. You have to care deeply about human connections and building relationships on all levels. Ashley shows support and positive affection for her peers and the young children she interacts with. She leads with her heart and that is a stand out quality in this career field. Ashley knows she wants a career that will influence and make a difference in someone else’s lifelong experience. Early childhood career paths define levels of success by the ability to be a strong caretaker. Ashley would thrive in this type of work environment, as her ability to empathize and truly care about others would shine through. She continuously talks about her learning in relation to the development of her infant brother and younger cousins. I feel this shows her investment in learning and understanding child development. During the school year Ashley works hard to keep her grades up and work toward hours and observations required to enhance her understanding of early childhood development. Ashley is a hands-on learner. This trait is vital in the work that we do in the world of early childhood education. Juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities is a career expectation and Ashley will continue to work toward meeting the challenge! I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked with Ashley Frederick and I am honored to have had the opportunity to write this letter. I am excited to see what the future holds for this young lady. I know it will be one filled with success! Sincerely, Mrs. Allyson Gudroe Early Childhood Education Instructor Tri-County Technical Center
