I started working in child care in 2020 as a level one. I give good guidance to children and good relationship and council for parents..... special talent is understanding the ages and stages of children so I can help.direct their emotional well being and help parents in their understanding of their child.I am very spontaneous in methods.I believe in guidence, not time out. I am concistant in my daily activities and I receive respect from both parents and children in a very short time do my respect of their environments.I present very workable solutions and program planning.I encourage parent involvment.I am available Monday thru Friday,all hrs .My easy going damener and interaction with the children and parents and staff sets me apart.I am a good team player.I have various child care certificates,including special needs and hard to manage children.I am very cognitive of Avery safe environment for the program and staff. .
