Early Childhood Educator in Montréal - Ouest, Quebec

I have great books and I also tell stories through felt. I’ve put on plays starring the children. I treat the children like little people meaning I believe that children a capable of a lot more than people give them credit for. What I am looking for in a job is fairness to everyone. To the children first and foremost, to the parents and to the educators. I am loyal to any company that I work for as long as they are loyal to the children’s needs. If there is a high turnover, then that tells me that something is wrong within that work space and so then, I would not be interested in working for a company like that. The owners have to be honest and have to be in this field because the care about the future for these children.
