Hi! I am new to the Cochrane area and I am currently taking NAMC’s Montessori 3-6 teacher training program. I have worked in the childcare and educational system in Ottawa, Ontario, where I am from, for many years. I completed my ECE at Algonquin college and began working as one for the Ottawa Catholic School Board as soon as I graduated. Due to some needs in the school I also began working as an educational assistant as well. Over the years I have worked with all age groups from K-12 and with students with varying needs. I would like to transition into Montessori if possible but I enjoy working with children in traditional school settings, daycare settings and as a tutor.
