Early Childhood Educator in Vancouver, British Columbia

In 2000 i worked as a march break day camp leader, where i supervised the children with group activities, and on field trips. In 2011 i did a co-op placement at a day care for 4 months, where i shadowed an ECE. in 2014 i worked at an elementary school in there back on track room as a Child and Youth worker, this room was used for children who needed special help, or instead of getting suspended for bad behaviour they would send them to the back on track room where we would counsel them, and help them with any issues they were facing. while working in the back on track room, i worked with several children who were diagnosed with ODD, ADD, ADHD and autism. for each child the approach was slightly different.
