I have worked with children for over 10 years. I started out as a nanny and progressed to running my own family daycare for 2 years. I then aquired my ECE and found employment in a licensed facility. Ive worked in many capacities. Ive worked as a primary teacher in a room with 8 children and also as a support worker in a group care centre. Ive worked with out of school care children but I especially enjoy toddlers and preschool children. I have a lot of patience and also am the music teacher at my current daycare where Ive worked full time for 8 years. I am a very flexible worker and work where Im needed most - which is currently in the infant toddler program as supervisor. My professional experience and formal ECE qualifications will greatly enhance the education and goodwill your daycare provides. I have a tremendous love for children and place a high standard on guiding them through their developmental years. Young at heart, I interact with children in a calm and warm manner and am consistently reminded by others of my superb understanding of childrens needs.
