Its a beautiful and both painful and rewarding profession to take care of children. But a vocation that I want to dedicate my life in nurturing the future generation to reach their full potential. My experience working with children has been the most rewarding, learning to fuse together both play while strengthening their skills to become better equipped to accomplish their dreams. I encourage children to follow their passion and at a young age is crucial to build values in a safe environment through play. The world is our community and kids are the future so if we hope for a better future we must nurture the minds of young children. I follow the philosophy of inclusive education when working with special needs children. They still need to feel included in the activities with other kids but the process to get there needs to be more carefully strategized to tap their fullest potential. All children need to feel like they belong and I do take special care to explain games and activities while attending to the needs of children with special needs.
