I enjoy working with children. I lead children in activities by telling or reading stories, singing songs, preparing craft activites, setting up different learning centers keeping childrens interests in mind. i used positive modes of behaviour management. communicated positively and purposefully with chldren and established comfortable, student focused, two way communication that empowered students to enjoy the learning process. Implemented flexible curriculum, modified the program and the physical environment to help meet the needs of individual children in the group. provided a physically safe, mentally healthy and intellectually stimulating environment for the children. observed and interpret children s developmental levels and reactions to situations. Evaluate the the outcomes of the children's play experiences and make recommendations for future adaptations. Respected supported and encouraged the individuality of all children and parents attending the program.
