Early Childhood Educator in Irricana, Alberta

I have had experience through child care working with toddlers through to school age and ran my own dayhome working with newborns to 12 years. I have had the opportunity to complete and carry out a themed curriculum on a biweekly basis along with portfolios on each individual child. I have worked with children with behavioral challenges in an inclusive daycare setting. I have experience of working as an Assistant Director managing a team of staff, doing staff scheduling, payroll hours, accreditation hours and overseeing the day to day runnings of our center. I have had the opportunity to assist in putting together our accreditation standards and overseeing our accreditation visit.
