I have been in the field for 18 years and I have had lots of experience working with various ages. I love to experience with children and help them become all that they can be. I have experience with creating IPP's for children and I am creative, a leader and a visionary. I have experience work with the Elect curriculum and an understanding of daycare policies and regulations. I am looking for full-time work where I can be part of a team and the vision or the daycare centre. I love working with families and getting the opportunity to invest in parents and give them helpful strategies to work with their children.
