Early Childhood Educator in Alliston, Ontario

I have worked with children of all ages during my time as an RECE. I have planned and implemented programs and assisted with classroom start up and more. For several years now I have been in a Centre Supervisor role. I have a wide range of knowledge with the CCEYA and HDLH. I am confident in leading a large team of teachers and providing support for families in all aspects. I have worked with children that have been both unidentified and identified special needs. I have adapted program plans from as early as infancy right through to School age in order to maximize inclusion. I have worked with families in the early stages of Red Flags and am familiar with the support offered in the local communities for those with special needs.
