I am writing to respond to your posted opening for an Early Childhood teacher. The opportunity to teach and inspire students within your school is an exciting prospect that I feel qualified for and fully able to undertake. As an accomplished Early childhood/elementary education substitute teacher, I have been successful in continuing existing lesson plans as well as developing new learning plans. I graduated from Queens college with a BA in Elementary Education and a MS in early childhood education. I also have numerous graduate courses in classroom management and teaching practices. I have a certificate in Microsoft office skills also. What I bring to the position that may be unique among candidates is my 18 years of teaching experience both fulltime and substitute.
