Several years ago I worked at a daycare and do have my Child Care Level 1 certificate, am obtaining my Level 3 currently as I have the equivalency, and also have a current Standard First Aid certificate. I would be more than willing to obtain any other certificates that are required or would be beneficial. My previous work within the school system as an interim and substitute teacher have given me the opportunity to work with students of all ages and backgrounds. My experience with dealing with family inquiries and balancing the demands of a helping an individual learner get the most out of their education makes me well equipped to handle situations clearly and appropriately. I have a lifelong desire to learn and it is a passion that I pass on to the children I work with. My open attitude and genuine care for students has allowed me to build rapports with kids quickly and easily. I meet challenges head on and look for new innovative ways to resolve any issues that may arise. I have the ability to work alone, but know the importance of being a team player. My positivity and excellent work ethic allow me to contribute greatly to the work environment. Over the past five years, I have gained experience in managing and leading a team (for approximately 80 employees). This position has required strict attention to the key accountabilities of constant communication with staff, supervisors, and vendors.
