Early Childhood Educator in Toronto, Ontario

Hi my name is Fay Poleon, i am a Certified Early Childhood Assistant. i recently graduated in the ECA program at the Learning enrichment Foundation in which i was place at two child care centres ( Toddler and Preschool room) i have gained excellent skills and knowledge when it comes to working with early years children .I believe that every child has a unique way of learning and different pace of growth and development However, I would like to assist other RECE's and ECA's in facilitating children's learning ,development, health and well being by creating a fun and positive learning environment so that each child can discover themselves and develop on their own pace.
