I have been working as an early childhood educator for the past 9 years. As a teacher I personally believe that I have the ability to create something for someone .Children are very fragile and hence looking into the emotional needs and providing them the support they need is important. To develop a positive growth mind set in them that would make them open-minded learner and that in in trying they will fall and learner also. T To instill values -making them a caring and reflective learner.
