Early Childhood Educator in Markham, Ontario

I have worked with different age groups. All have different kinds of challenges which have to dealt with very care. And teachers need to understand that each child is unique and learns at its own pace. They all have one or the other qualities which can always take them to different heights in their future life I have had a few children in Kindergarten group and they had to be handled in a different manner with patience. They have to be included with regular children to feel inclusive and to prepare activities according to their needs and interest.
