Early Childhood Educator in Ottawa, Ontario

I have worked in a variety of child care environments including schools, day cares, private homes, day camps, babysitting, etc. I have approximately 17 years child care experience and have worked with all age groups. I have been working as a special education assistant within a school environment and we care for multiple children at a time. We are responsible for adjusting the activities for the children and providing a safe and stimulating environment for the children. I have worked with children who have autism, down syndrome, developmentally delayed and children also children who have extreme emotional out bursts. I have also worked within a preschool environment caring for 12 children, providing a stimulating, safe and nurturing environment.
