Early Childhood Educator in Ottawa, Ontario

I have always been interested in working and caring for children of all ages. I had the privilege to working within many agencies such as daycare centers, schools, drop-in centers for both juniors and primary, and school age programs. I have the knowledge and ability to work and create a great environment by incorporating programs and activities to help engage the children in. I have had gained knowledge and experience for working with children of all age with special needs. I have worked with children who were diagnosed with Down-Syndrome, ADHD, and with children who have behavioral needs. I also was a EA for a child with Down-Syndrome who also suffered from Celiac Disease. For many of the students I had the pleasure of working with, I have implemented programs and activities to help them through their needs. Also, with my background education as a Child and Youth Worker and a Educational Assistant i have the patience, the creativity and the knowledge to do well in my field.
