Knowledge of How Does Learning Happen in four areas, Belonging, Well-Being, Expression, Engagement and understanding how emergent curriculum activities works in five areas, Language, Math, Science/Nature Living, Drama, Cognitive/Construction. Attendance verification is mandatory and up-to-date often when a child leaves or arrives and/or transitions. Open communication log book is important to all staff with respect and confidential. Sensory is hand - eye coordinate to help children's skill and feel the texture that will give their attention to learn something new. Nature walking is excellent to explore their natures outdoor and overtime expand their thinking and observing. Indoor and Outdoor Activity must have physical activities for the children to keep their gross motor active, increase their brain development and improve quality about themselves. Escort children to classroom and to bus when necessary. Had experience taking the children on a field trip and summer camp. Volunteer at full day kindergarten classroom. My responsibility are set up activities, interact and engage with the children. Make trips to the gym and monitor children's safety first. Supervise lunch supervisor in the kindergarten classroom with approximate total of 25 to 28 in each classroom of four.
