Early Childhood Educator in Calgary, Alberta

At the age of 17 I started working in Claresholm, Alberta for the after school program called the Kidz Zone. I looked after children aged 5-11. When I graduated high school in 2009, I continued to work for the after school program until 2012. I gained my ECA during my time working for the after school program. I am currently taking Travel and Tourism at SAIT, and I am enrolled in the ECE program at Bow Valley College. I am doing my ECE online throughout the next year. I am a fun, caring, responsible woman, hoping to make a difference in a child’s life by providing them with the proper care and nurture they deserve. I have little experience working with children with special needs. I worked with a few children who have ADHD. I would be interested in working with children with Special Needs, to learn the different ways these children experience life.
